Bio: Peter was born in Newcastle, England. Because of the closeness to Scotland, Peter talks a mixed accent, sounding somewhere between English and Scottish.
His father, Harold, was quite proud of Peter as a child, since the boy always got excellent marks in school. He enrolled early into the English version of High School.
When Peter turned 13, two years after he got into High school, he manifested his mutant power. His father disowned him, and Peter pretty much raised himself from then on. His father let him stay at the house, but did nothing else to care for the boy.
Peter soon came to control his power, and it was this quick learning that got him accepted into the British Secret Agent program , Black Air, When he was only 17.
Because he had to fend for himself, Peter was quite rougishand charismatic, and always popular with girls. These qualities made him an ideal candidate for espionage, and intelligence gathering, which were his specialties while he was with Black Air. Peter Became a team lader by 19, but left the organization at 20 because of personal conflicts with one of his superiors.
Since then, Peter has roamed the world as a free-lance mercenary, and has earned a reputation for being exceptional on any mission he is given.
Much to his own dissapointment, Peter has even been known to take on an assassination or two.
