The p068 server has suffered a hardware failure. A technician has been notified and will fix the problem as soon as possible. Because it is the weekend, the problem may not be fixed before Monday.

We apologize for any inconvenience this issue causes for you or your ezboard's members and hope to have the problem fixed for you as soon as possible.

Meanwhile, thanks for your patience.

If your board was located on p068, please don't give up. This is a complicated problem for the technicians to solve, but they are still working on it and we are still hopeful that there will be a satisfactory resolution for this situation.

As soon as we have something definite to tell you, it will be posted here. Those who have already submitted a Helpdesk ticket about this issue should also receive an update by way of their ticket as soon as we have something definite to tell you.

We know this is taking a long time to resolve and we apologize sincerely for any inconvenience or anxiety this failure has caused you or your members.

p068 boards that have been reported to us as down have been put back online. One or 2 exceptions require special attention from a Yuku developer. The wait for those boards to be back online will be longer.

If your p068 board has not yet been put back online, and if you have not already contacted us by submitting a Helpdesk ticket, please submit a Helpdesk ticket for your board now.

You should be the board's owner or administrator.

Don't forget to include your p068 URL (link).

p068 boards that are not reported as down by their owner or admin will probably not be restored.
