Uh... to "pull a Belle" means to do something mysterious yet let everyone know one is doing that mysterious act by pulling their chain by dropping subtle "hints" until it drives everyone insane with curiousity or just plain mad!

mum drives dad and uncle ron crazy in a good way though, she's gotta tease them, its a rule when ur a girl!
