Rules
This is a basic rule list we have here at N.M. Comics, and hopefully you can follow these rules.
Rule 1. No spamming. This means no blank topics (unless they're polls), no advertising (unless it's in signature), and no topics where it has p30p13 t@1k l1k3 7h15!!!!!!!11111 (AKA Leet Speak) Doing so will get your post deleted. Repeated spam will net you a warning.
Rule 2. No excess swearing. This is a PG rated forum, so words like damn and hell are allowed, but don't use them too much. No using the f-word or the s-word on these forums (unless bleeped out). They are censored out and passing the censor (ie. fu(k only with a ( instead of a c) will get your post edited. Swearing constantly post after post will get you warned.
Rule 3. No insulting members. Joke insulting is okay, as long as you say you are joking. This also means no flamming, using racist terms, and/or death threats. Any of those will net you a warning, or possibly a ban. Insulting will just get your post deleted. Remember the golden rule, "Treat others the way you want to be treated." Basiclly, don't act like an arse, and nobody else will act like an arse. (this also goes for talk about the site, in which you cannot say mean or discriminating things about N.M. Comics, Nick, or me. If you can't say anything nice, it's best not saying anything at all. We call those people lurkers.)
Rule 4. No explict material. This also means no porn. That is against ezboard's Terms of Use and could get our board shut down! No ROMs either. Breaking this rule will most likely get you banned. However, you may have discussion where there is innuendo, but don't go too overboard.
Rule 5. Moderators and Administrators also apply to these rules too. If you are caught doing any of the above, you will have your powers revoked. Admins become Mods, and Mods become regular members. Regular members get warned or banned. Here is a chart:
ezOp > Admins >Mods > Regular members > Warned > Banned
Rule 6. Have fun. 
Our Warning System
Warning One
-you get "Warning 1" on your title.
-limited to 25 posts. 40 views.
-You will be unwarned after one week.
Warning Two
-you have a "Warning 2" on your title.
-limited to 15 posts. 30 views.
-You will drop down to Warning One after two weeks.
Warning Three
-You are banned until after three weeks. Next time you're banned, it's permanent.

Also, the message board isn't that bad, either.
