I still can't believe I met her!!!! Gosh she was so sweet, patient, down to earth, generous, warm...I was very nervous and, seriously, I thought I was going to cry so she asked me "Are you okay?" She gave me 2 or 3 hugs, she said "Nice to meet you. I'm Pollyanna." When she asked my name, I couldn't say a damn word and she was like "It's ok, take your time". When I was finally able to tell her my name, she spelled my name to make sure it was correct and then autographed my CD booklet. She asked me if I was excited to see the Boys in concert, if I was a big Howie fan and I said "Yeah a very big fan" lol
I gave her 2 letters that I wrote, 1 for her and 1 for Howie. She read her letter and said "Thank you!"
I don't remember exactly when it happened but I remember touching her hand and telling her "Thank you so much"
My best friend Pollyanna and I in picture, I can't wait to see it!!
One of my internet friends came with us and she said to Pollyanna "Howie gave her a hug a few months ago" and Pollyanna was like "Wow!"
Pollyanna, if you get to read it, it was a real pleasure meeting you and thank you again for that wonderful moment!!!!!!!!

I met Pollyanna on Sept. 7/05 in Winnipeg. She was so nice and sweet. The thing about her that touched me the most was the way she was interacting with one mentally challenged girl, it was very amazing..The girl walked away with the biggest smile on her face..It great that Pollyanna is so down to earth. I am supporting her by being on the Official Street Team Canada. I have a picture with her too from that concert but I still don't know how to upload it .
I met Pollyanna in Vancouver Canada, on Sept.5th 2005.
I was downtown because my mom is an angel painter, and
a new gallery was opening with her work in it, including other
artists. I went with her for moral support.
LOL. A funny thing happened on the way there...!
I wanted to see if I would see the "boys" out side of GM Place,
even though I wasn't going to the concert... and I did!
Then all of a sudden we were offered these awesome tickets,
and so we didn't go to the Art Gallery at all, but to the
concert instead! God obviously had other plans for me that night!
I went to buy a tour book , and felt like I had to stop at this
certain area.I can't say why, I just had a strong feeling to.
I felt like I was floating from the miracle of the tickets.
I wasn't even paying attention to the signs or people around me, I just felt strongly supposed to speak to whoever this person was, and spend $20. Then all of a sudden I seemed to wake up and realise , the sign said "Dorough Lupus Foundation"
and "Meet Pollyanna tonight".
"Click", and then it clues in to me that this is where Pollyanna
will be... and I didn't even realise that she was the person
standing there, until I was infront of her!
Basically I was in la-la land with circulating thoughts of "I feel
so blessed, this is a miracle"... it's amazing I could find my
seat!!!
I didn't have a camera, but this photograph was taken by me,
on my friend's camera.
I had a wonderful talk with Pollyanna, and my mom took this
photograph of us,and my friend is in the middle.

My friend and I met Pollyanna before the London, Ontario concert on 9/11. Kat introduced us, and explained that I had been at the DLF bowling event too.. Pollyanna was so sweet, she asked ME for a hug, lol!
I was so impressed by how patient she was with some younger fans who didnt know who she was, and some others who gave her stuff to give to Nick..She is every bit as sweet and kind as her brother is!
My friend and I already had CD's, we had preordered them from the site, but we each bought another, so now I have one personalized. She took pictures with us ( I look a bit tipsy in mine and I was..haha). Ironically, the shirt I am wearing is the same shirt I wore to the Bowling event, I swear I've only worn it twice! So my best picture with Howie matches the one with Pollyanna.

Hey guys I'm new to this forum, and wanted to say hi. I actually haven't been to this site in awhile but a friend of mine told me she thought my pic was under the fan gallery section and low and behold it is! My question to all of you is, or especially the mods, who puts pios up? Whoever put number 9 up on the fans galleries THANK YOU!

I will say now that she is so beautiful and one of the nicest people I've ever met...and her brother Howard is included! It was really hot here that day and she was very gracious and spoke with everyone she came in contact with..even if they didn't buy her CD. Oh and the CD is wonderful so if you haven't bought it already, please do! You're in for a real treat and a gorgeous voice. Hugs!!

I would love to share my experiences meeting pollyanna.
The first time I met her was in florida at lake eola and she was very nice in taking time to talk to me, the second time was this year at Clark County Amphitheater in portland, oregon where she remembered me from when I met her in florida and I tried to get a pic but my camera was acting up anyway I saw and talked to her again in kelowna, b.c. and had a chance to chat with her about the family and my friend was with me so this time I got a pic of me and her. All I have to say is she is a very special lady and hope to meet and talk with her again some day. I would like to add my pic but am not sure how to do so.
