No. It will be a good time. I am taking my brother and sister on vacation for the first time ever. I'll get to see some of my closest friends. I'll have an excuse to get drunk everynight, and sleep in every morning. I'll get to hang with George, and see God only knows who else will be there. I'll be away from work. I'll be away from home. I'll be in a cool city I've never been to before. And I no longer give a fuck what people think, grim. No reason not to have fun this time.
What was a family, is now a shell. We're raising kids now, who raise themselves.

(y'know, I kind of felt sorry for some of the pros at Boston who were doing their signings the same time as GRRM. Here he was with this great long queue stretching around the room, and they were left doing virtually nothing)
