As the name indicates...this RPG will revolve around Crossroads and New Beginnings.CrossroadsWe would like to see characters come to a 'crossroads' in their lives where important and life changing decisions have to be made. These events can be very personal...i.e. a relationship beginning, ending or changing, or they can be moral or spiritual. Whatever is decided, they should show 'growth' for your character.New BeginningsThis can be any number of items as well and most likely will relate back to the 'crossroads' in your character(s)' life or lives and/or career. They may be starting a new career as teacher or student at Xavier's School for the Gifted or may have been selected to train for the upcoming X-Men team(s). Their 'new beginning' once again may be as simple as establishing a new relationship or changes in an old one.

Re: 0700 +/- In the Mansion (Open to All Participants)
Who: Karika
With Psyche
Where: Karika's Room to Tree
When: Mid-Morning
OOC: Awww poor Karika, everybody wants to be free of her *huggles Karika*
Karika was excited to go back into the sunshine. There were a few times that X-23 had been allowed outside her cell walls into the beautiful woodlands surrounding the base. Unfortuantely she had been under heavy artillery fire or some other training plot they were using that day. More than once she had almost been blown to smithereens...but today, they were going outside to have fun. Nobody would be shooting at them...right?
"Sure, whatever you feel like doing. Let's go outside""It will be fun" Psyche extended her hand but Karika knew she'd probably end up pulling the girl around. Turning back toward her room, she looked toward the window. There was a tree there that had scared her in the nighttime...but in the day time it looked like fun to climb. A wicked smirk came over her face as she bounded toward the window.
Opening the window without any trouble, she pushed the screen back and leapt onto a large branch. Laughing, she sat down, swinging her legs back and forth. "Come!" She said, motioning for Psyche to come out and join her. The feral in her had enough feline to keep her perfectly balanced...and the tree wasn't even close to the heights that she was used to falling. Karika was perfectly safe and she could see everything.
Re: BreakfastWho: Jubilee With: Magik When: Sunday Morning, 7:30am Where: Inside the Mansion
Jubilee smiled at the young woman who was currently raiding the fridge. She looked familar, but Jubilee wasn't sure if they'd met before or not.
"Hey. I'm Jubilee." She stirred her cornflakes and took a large bite. After chewing and swallowing, Jubilee looked over to Illyana. "So, what's your mutant wamma jamma?" she asked, still trying to wake up.

Re: BreakfastWho: Kurt When: Shortly after breakfast With: Mr. Worthington, Kitchen people, those in the front hall, Forge (in another related thread) Where: Storm's Attic, Kitchen, Mr. Worthington's office, front yard. *he's a teleporter*
*Bamf*
Another weekend day at the mansion, and yet another chance to break free of the grind, the boring routine of the normal life of a student at a somewhat non-normal boarding school.
"Oh I wish!" Kurt thought to himself as he scanned the Attic for Ororo.
To understand that last passing thought and his quest for an instructor on a non-school day, one must understand two things. The first was - NO FREAKING WAY HE'D BEEN HAVING A BORING NORMAL DAY LATELY - the adventure on the cruise ship was only the cap stone for a week's worth of "interesting times" in the non-complimentary Chinese interpretive sense. The second thing to understand was, an entire week's worth of anxious excitement or not, no red-blooded American (or German!) 17 year old boy was going to pass up a crack at a flying saucer parked on his front yard. All he needed was permission from an instructor to go on board again.
No luck here
*bamf*
Back in the Kitchen, he grabbed a cheese stick from the fridge and looked about. "Dr. McCoy?" he asked, tentatively, looking around. "Are there any teachers about? I wanted to ask if it was OK to go into Magneto's flying saucer out front".
*bamf*
"No, don't touch those!" he cried out, giving an alarmed double hand-waving motion to one of the new students after having teleporting nearly in front of them to a seated position on a countertop next to a tray of brownies. He'd witnessed the poor soul reaching for the brownies from across the kitchen. "Kitty made those," he said, apologetically. "She is still learning to cook," he added with a sharp disgusted face. "Oh! Hi Kitty!" he gave a weak five-finger wave to her with an embarassed smile. "Bye Kitty! So happy to chat, must go now! So sorry!"
*bamf*
Now he was in the main hallway, and gave a quick double take left and right as he quested for an instructor to let him onboard the Whale.
OK, he'd been in it before. But that was on a mission, and he'd been tired and anxious and preoccupied with other concerns. Concerns such as -
"Was?" he exclaimed out loud, as he peeked out a window. There, working its way down the drive and outside of the firmly shut main gate, was a television news van.
*BAMF*
/Mr. Worthington's study/
"Excuse me, Mr. Worthington? There's a television news truck coming down the road towards the front gate. Well, OK, it's only FOX, but they do still have cameras. And by the way, do you think it would be OK for me to go on Magneto's ship parked in the front yard?"
He gave the elder mutant a five count to get a response before saying, "Maybe I better go outside and see what's going on."
*bamf*
*bamf*
He was back, this time making a show of turning his image inducer ON
"Maybe not...Oh! And Forge is back from Boston now, I just saw him out front."
After BreakfastWhere: Warren's office With: Kurt (more or less) When: After breakfast, mid-to-late morning "Excuse me, Mr. Worthington? There's a television news truck coming down the road towards the front gate. Well, OK, it's only FOX, but they do still have cameras. And by the way, do you think it would be OK for me to go on Magneto's ship parked in the front yard?"
Warren had just set the telephone receiver back in its cradle when Kurt Wagner 'bamfed' in. Before he could get a reply out, the rather hyper-energetic blue Mutant had disappeared. Ruffling his wings and wrinkling his nose slight at the smell of sulphur lingering in the air, Warren started to stand and go see about deterring the television crew. He'd only taken a step toward the closet on the far wall to get his wing harness and jacket, when Kurt returned with his usual flair.
"Maybe not...Oh! And Forge is back from Boston now, I just saw him out front."
This time Warren chuckled, wondering if they could bottle Kurt's energy. He'd make a killing in the sport drink market. "Kurt, if Scott has no issues with you being aboard that thing, then I do not. Thank you for the information...both on FOX and Forge. I'll deal with the one and see the other gladly if he needs me."
He smiled kindly at the much younger man. "If you'd like to turn your image inducer on...perhaps we can see Forge and deal with this situation at the front gate."

Re: After BreakfastWho: Mason With: Warren, Kurt (maybe) Where: Just outside the Mansion When: After breakfast, mid-to-late morning
Still in his leathers and with his helmet tucked under his arm, Mason was striding into the mansion when he encountered Warren (and Kurt?) coming out. Without hesitation, he swung around to fall into step beside the older mutant.
"Good morning, Mr. Worthington," he said, and a bit of dark humor curled the corners of his lips upward. "It seems I can't take my eyes off the Institute for a week. Are you aware there's a roadblock down the road from the front gate? Was there really some kind of riot last night? And what is that thing parked on the lawn?"

"The roadblock is due to some of our more enthusiastic students attempting to derail a concert at Zaner Park. Unfortunately, they did not think out the consequences quite thoroughly enough." Warren grinned. "I am trying to get in touch with anyone Worthington Technologies might have some leverage with but it isn't easy on a Sunday morning."
"As for the 'thing on the lawn'...I only know that it came back with the team that went out to try to divert disaster on a cruise ship...Mutant related disaster at that. I believe Magneto left it behind...beyond that...I haven't been informed."
Warren paused and squared his shoulders. He hated having his wings confined but it certainly wouldn't do to make an appearance at the barricade with them in full view. "I'm going to go down to the gate and mention students, injunctions, and any other legal terms I think might back people off a bit."
He grinned, "The pilgrims are not going to get a glimpse of their Flaming Angel, just a flamingly annoyed Warren."Tags: Open to Forge (and Kurt),,,you guys are welcome to accompany Angel to the gate or head back inside.

Mason frowned thoughtfully. "I heard something about that yesterday. It was all over the news -- the cruise ship part, that is, not the ... Re: In the Mansion / Near NoonWho: Cecilia With: Mason, Warren, and Kurt Where: Just Outside the Mansion When: Mid-to-late morning
Cecilia had gone out running early in the morning. The air quality of this region let her do that without to much worry. She also no longer had to worry that her pager would vibrate, alerting her to an emergency in the hospital. She could relax, if that's what she wanted to do. Unfortunately, Cecilia was addicted to stress. It was how she worked best. She was one of the rare people that not only could do well under pressure, she thrived in it. This sort of quiet life after her power had been exposed was not what she had hoped for, she had hoped her power would have never made itself known. If it hadn't, then she would still be in the world of the hospitals which she had grown to enjoy.
She had stopped to rest sometime in the middle of her jog. She had to rest, she was slightly out of shape, and getting back into top condition was not the easiest of all undertakings. Cecilia was proud of herself though, she had jogged for roughly twenty minutes before she had taken her break, and now she was heading back to the mansion. She had enjoyed her time to herself, but she would have enjoyed being of use in a hospital more. She felt like she was wasting time, and that was something she was loathe to do.
She saw the group assembled outside of the mansion. She had only been here for a short time, so Cecilia was not familiar with any of them. She slowed down her jog and just paused to smoothe her running pants and white athletic top. She walked in a calm and effective manner that retained all the professionalism of the hospital. It could be intimidating, but Cecilia had come from a neighborhood where you used any and everything to your advantage. "Good morning gentlemen," Cecilia said in a polite tone, once she had gotten closer to the group. She slowed down only slightly, so her pace became more casual. She then came to a pause close to the outside of the group.

Re: In the Mansion / Near NoonWho: Amara and China Where: Inside the mansion - then out When: Mid-to-late morning
Amara and China had long since left the room and was walking about inside the mansion.
"So, what do you want to do?" China said in question, her gaze turning to Amara.
Amara shrugged,
"Oh you know. Hey! Let's go outside for a bit, get some air, you know."
China nodded eagerly. She was itching for some air herself.
The two girls exited the mansion and began walking, not really going anywhere, just - walking.
Wanda had been wondering the mansion thoughtlessly. She didn't really care where she was going, only that it was somewhere. She had the case of wonderlust.
~Shoot, this place is huge. But where can one get out of here,~ she thought walking the corridors.
She wasn't sure if she'd meet someone. Hopefully not. She just didn't feel like being nice at the moment. Her attitude stemming from the fact that she still hadn't found Magneto and dealt with him, in her own way.
She sighed and continued walking.
Karina:
Karina was still in her room. Among her luggage were some books she had brought with her. Books that she intended to read over and over again while she was here.
She wondered about all these people. Did they live here or not? Would she meet with any? She hoped so. Besides, she wanted to make some new friends while staying at this place.
Re: BreakfastWho: Kurt With: Mason, Warren, and Ceilia Where: Just Outside the Mansion When: Mid-to-late morning OOC: Heat has broken - well, the worst of it anyways - so getting back into the action now I'm less of the lethargic, heat-drenched slug.
Quote:"The roadblock is due to some of our more enthusiastic students attempting to derail a concert at Zaner Park. Unfortunately, they did not think out the consequences quite thoroughly enough."
"So THAT explains it!" Kurt exclaimed, surprised but not surprised. "I thought there was something strange about all that. A pity, I guess, but I still wanted to go out and see what it's all about." he said wistfully. Crowds! He'd never been in a crowd before.
As he said that there was a squak of a muffled loudspeaker coming from several hundred yards away, in the direction of one of the designated prayer locations, and a male voice droned on - distance turning his words into an unintelligable mumble.
"I heard something about that yesterday. It was all over the news -- the cruise ship part, that is, not the ... Hey, where'd it go? No ... wait ... I see kinda a shimmer. I think it's still there, but cloaked. Cool."
"Yes, Magneto left it for us somehow. I don't know why he abandoned it. I wonder ... there must have been a reason, he is always thinking four moves ahead."
He grinned, "The pilgrims are not going to get a glimpse of their Flaming Angel, just a flamingly annoyed Warren."
Kurt looked up to the man, wondering what he would do with nervous anticipation. He'd dealt with the media before back in Germany, but only as a minor celibrity and in carefully controlled moments. This was going to be a new experience for him to learn from, and he'd be paying rapt attention to how the two professionals, Warren and reporter handled this situation.
"If you want a representative from an an Officially Opppressed Minority along," Mason said with a chuckle (though he cast a longing look at the shimmer on the grass), "just let me know."
"Vhell - Oh! Officially!" Kurt blushed, putting his hands in his pockets and biting back a comment about blue fur. He waved with one hand, weakly, to the cameraman and reporter with the microphone.
"Good morning gentlemen,"
"Good morning, Doctor Reyes. Interesting morning it's been, hasn't it?", he said, glancing at the camera crew which was just setting up outside the gate. Their FOX-emblazened gear was pointed right at them. "It looks like we're about to have a sixty minutes moment!" With another glance at the reporter and camera crew he backed out a bit behind the others. "Well, 3 minutes, I hope."
(Plot Master moment: I'd like one of the players to lead off on dealing with the news crew so I can get a read on how you want the encounter to run out - i.e. is it Geraldo? Are they pushy or just bored, running down the standard list of questions [in order: who what when where why how, leading off with an overly broad general question before narrowing it down to specifics]. Are they on a crusade and egotistical or just decent guys doing a job on deadline, etc. I think I can do justice to the reporter being the news and public radio junkie I am, I just don't want to throw something unwanted [at a player level] at anyone so I want input on how this will play out) Edited by: Mana4X2 at: 7/21/06 4:45 am

Re: 0700 +/- In the Mansion (Open to All Participants)Who: Psyche With: Karika Where: Mansion When: Sunday, May 14th, 2006
Psyche let out an exasperated sigh as Karika gave another sly smile and ran instead towards the window and out onto the tree. "Oh I did not sign up for this" Psyche snapped angrily, she had really had enough with this whole babysitting one.
"Hey Karika, I'm going downstairs, if you want to join me you can." she called to the girl, working to control her temper, generally once it snapped it was hard to get back under control. As the morning passed she was beginning to get restless and bored of trying to look after the young girl, who, while undeniably cute, was a bit of handful and not at all what she was used to dealing with.
Without waiting for the girls answer, she turned and made her way down the main staircase, moving almost silently and with a stealthy grace. Exiting the Mansion through the front door, she noticed a small group of people standing just outside some of whom she recognised, some she didn't. Psyche skirted the group carefully and struck off in another direction, deciding to explore the land around the Mansion.

Re: 0700 +/- In the Mansion (Open to All Participants)Who: Vulcan Where: Xavier Mansion Gate OOC: Continued from A Mourning Cup of Coffee.
The cab rolled into the drive in front of the gates to Xavier's school and rolled to a stop. The cabbie turned to face Gabriel in the back seat. "We are here. You paid me before, so you owe me nothing. I hope you find what you are looking for."
Gabriel nodded and half smiled. He was very nervous, especially now that he was on the doorstep of the place which he hoped would have answers. "Thank you." Gabriel opened the door of the cab and stepped out.
The cab's passenger window rolled down and the cabbie leaned over holding a bussiness card. "Mosoud is my name, my friend. Here is my card. If ever you need a ride again, call me. And good luck." Gabriel reached in and took the card. "Thank you again."
Gabriel watched as Mosoud drove away, then turned to face the mansion. A boding sense of the past and future seemed to loom around the place. Gabriel took a deep breath and looked through the gates.
Beyond he could see a small gathering of people. "Well, no time to be a coward now. God is with me, no matter what those nuns say." Gabriel took his first steps, albeit tentatively, toward the gates and stopped at a little call box. He reached up and pressed the red call button. "Umm..Hello? Is anyone there?"

Re: 0700 +/- In the Mansion (Open to All Participants)Who: Karika
With: Psyche, Maybe Gabriel, Open
Where: Tree
When: Mid-Morning
People tended to forget that Karika could hear things from miles off in the distance. Juliana's "Oh I did not sign up for this" rang loud in clear in her head. Karika may have been young but she was not stupid. Climbing further into the tree's branches and standing on the edge she let the wind blow her dark hair. Her pink dress billowed out slightly. "Hey Karika, I'm going downstairs, if you want to join me you can." A short, "No," resounded in Karika's childish voice.
She wanted some time to herself. By nature, Karika was a solitary creature. She was perfectly content with nobody there but herself...maybe it was her feral nature or perhaps something that she learned from years of solitude. Closing her eyes, she let the sun beat down on her skin. Oh how she loved the outdoors...it was all so fresh, so clean so...
A big yellow taxi stopped outside the gates, which only someone with exquisite eyesight could see, and a man got out. She could smell him from where she was...absolutely disgusted. Her stomach lurched, he smelled like garbage and cheap hamburgers. And he seemed to be talking to himself, "Well, no time to be a coward now. God is with me, no matter what those nuns say." X-23 didn't know what a nun was and she had only heard the word God in conjunction with 'Damnit'. Was he crazy? Maybe. He rpessed a button and a buzzer went off somewhere downstairs, putting X-23 on guard.
The hairs on her body stood straight up as she let out a growl. "Umm..Hello? Is anyone there?" For a moment, the animal inside of her actually contemplated lunging from her position on the tree. Instead, the buzzing stopped and a breath tore through her. Moving into view she gave a wave toward the newcomer. "HI!" She yelled, her voice echoing over the courtyard. Gabriel was in for a good old-fashioned X-23 welcome...

Re: 0700 +/- In the Mansion (Open to All Participants)Who: Vulcan With: X-23 Where: Front Gates When: Mid-Morning OOC: Sorry I shouyld have noted sooner, gabriel isn't clean. He's been travelling for the last two months across the country from Alaska. He's 16 years old, has holes in his clothes, and hasn't had a chance to bathe for almost 2 weeks, due to his constant need to sleep in the gutter since he had to save his money. Though karika could very easily have been smelling the cab driver. I'm not sure what an X-23 welcome is, but if she can stand to be around him, then it sounds like fun.
Gabriel practically jumped out of his skin when the strange girl made herself known and yelled a hello to him. He calmed himself down when he saw she was cute, and then blushed when he realised what he looked like, and how he smelled. Every instinct inside of him told him to turn and run in embarassment. But he had a mission in mind, and he needed answers.
Gabriel raised a hand and waved. "Uh, hi. My..my name is Gabriel." Gabriel had to swallow past a knot in his throat. "Gabriel Summers. I'd like to speak with someone in charge....please?" Man this sucked. Stupid hormones, stupid puberty, stupid girl being cute like that. It should be illegal. It really should.
There was something about this girl. His time on the road, hitch-hiking and hunting on his own, had taught him a thing or two. This girl seemed animalistic in nature, she had an animal magnatism about her. Gabriel was quiet sure this is what the nuns had been talking about when you had an instant crush on someone. Too bad he looked like he did.
"Good job Gabe," he whispered under his breath. "Should have gone ahead and gotten a room somewhere along the way to shower. Chances with this girl, offically shot down."

When: Mid-Morning
OOC: I edited that for you.X-23 doesn't speak well, lol.
From her place in the tree, she saw the guy give a little wave to her. He seemed nice enough and if he wasn't...she'd just gut him with her nice admantium claws. With feline-reflexes, she took a flying leap out of the three and landed on her feet, her knees bent in a crouch-like stance. "Uh, hi. My..my name is Gabriel.""Gabriel Summers. I'd like to speak with someone in charge....please?" Her head cocked to the side as she made her way toward him, trying to block his scent. "Gabriel Summers." Karika repeated, her sandy hazel eyes looking him over.
Pointing to herself, she stood rod-straight. "Karika Yashida...not X-23." She said, her broken English evident even in her small words. His words 'in charge' really meant nothing to her, but from his tone it sounded like he wanted to be let into the complex. With a simple use of brute force, X-23 opened the gate for him. "Hi." She said again, stepping back, watching...waiting.
Yep, he definetly talked to himself, Karika noted. She had super-sonic hearing. "Good job Gabe," "Should have gone ahead and gotten a room somewhere along the way to shower. Chances with this girl, offically shot down." Pulling on the bottom of her pretty pink dress, Karika shook her head vehemently. "No shot down!" She explained, patting her person down. "No gun." She couldn't shoot him, that wouldn't be smart.
She saw how angry people got when Juliana had a gun...that wasn't hugh up of Karika's to-do list. Besides, she had her own weapons. She didn't need a gun. But! They did have a shower. "Shower, inside." She gave a very enthusiastic smile, "Bad smell. Fix with shower." Karika answered. He stank, and to someone with a hyper-sensitive nose it was nauseating. But a good bar of soap and some new clothes, he'd be good as new.
Reaching out her hand she grabbed at his. "Come, Gabriel." She would show him the way. Maybe she'd meet up with Jonathon on the way.

Gabriel smiled a bit to himself when she grabbed his hand and began to lead the way. "Alrighty then." Atleast she could stand being near him. That was a step up. "A shower sounds great. Thanks." His cheeks turned three shades short of volcanic, damnit this was embarrassing.
Gabriel followed the girl, practically being dragged as they moved along. "Sorry about the shot down comment. You must have remarkable hearing if you....." He stopped short on his words, and almost came to a complete stop when he saw the mansion up close. Holy cow it was huge. It was probably three times as big as the orphanage, and 30 times as magnificent.
"Wow. This place is amazing." Gabriel looked at the doors and almost choked. He couldn't help but think, at one his brother, maybe even his father, had walked through those doors. He prayed with all his might to God that they had some answers for him. "Umm...I just realized, I have no clean clothes. It's all pretty much as worse for wear as the ones I'm wearing."

Re: 0700 +/- In the Mansion (Open to All Participants)Who: Karika
With: Gabriel
Where: Front Gates to Karika's Room and Back down again
When: Late-Morning
What Gabriel didn't know was that she could smell emotions...especially things like anger, love, nervousness and...other things that she didn't quite understand yet. Karika had no idea there was a difference between boys and girls. To her, everyone was exactly the same except a few different features...but those different features didn't go any lower than the waist...yet.
"Alrighty then.""A shower sounds great. Thanks." Phew, on top of the uncleanly smell was nerves floating in his scent. X-23 could not WAIT until he showered...at least then she could deem for herself if his scent was good or bad. But under the smell of garbage and body odor...it was just hard to tell. His words were kind enough, though. Though, he was kind of slow. She was almost dragging him along as she walked toward the front door.
"Sorry about the shot down comment. You must remarkable hearing if you....." X-23 shouldn't known that his voice trailing off would mean that he'd stop. As his feet stopped moving, they jerked to a halt. Karika hoped she hadn't disloged his shoulder or anything. "Wow. This place is amazing." He breathed and Karika nodded her head in assent. "Pretty." The place still awed her with its magnitude and its beauty.
"Umm...I just realized, I have no clean clothes. It's all pretty much as worse for wear as the ones I'm wearing." Staring at his face, she shrugged and pointed at the dress she had on. "Mine." She made it clear that he would NOT be wearing her dress. But! She pushed the front door open and scampered up the stairs. Up to her room, she opened her drawer and pulled out a pair of her new clothes. She was very small, that was true, but the clothes were elasticy.
Running down again, on all fours, she held up some...clothes. Actually, what she had was the neon yellow swim shorts that she had gotten with Juliana in the school store and a black shirt that read 'If you Think I'm Cute, You should see my Papa'. "For you." She said, tossing them at him before leading him down the hall to the first floor bathroom. "Come." She said firmly, "Clean."
The bathroom was stocked for guests of course and Karika stood outside the door as if telling him to hurry up. She would get him clean and present him to someone...Jonathon or Juliana or the boss man.

Re: BreakfastWho: Cecilia Reyes With: Warren, Mason, and Kurt Where: Outside of the Institute When: Mid-to-Late Morning
"Good morning, Doctor Reyes. Interesting morning it's been, hasn't it?",
"It has been Kurt," Cecilia said pleasantly. She had found the morning tranquil, which was interesting in itself. However the morning was not yet over. She had a feeling that the morning itself might change. She didn't know what to expect, the house of Xavier was far from the most normal of all places, so almost anything could happen and she wouldn't really be surprised by it.
"It looks like we're about to have a sixty minutes moment!"
"Does anyone know what on earth they are doing here?" Cecilia asked. Her voice had changed as she saw the news vans. It had become slightly hostile and her eyes had narrowed. She had come here after she had been exposed as a mutant to her co-workers, the last thing that Cecilia wanted was to be exposed to the nation as a mutant. However, she had made that a distinct possability when she had moved into the Xavier Institute. She let out a curse in Spanish under her breath and waited to see what the others would do. Cecilia had very little respect for the media.
Background: Many, many years ago, Charles Francis Xavier established Xavier's School for the Gifted. Also, seeing other Mutants misusing and abusing their powers, he created the first generation of the X-Men.This original team was trained and lead by an old friend of his...Logan, aka Wolverine. Logan's co-leader was a young woman and student named Ororo Munroe, aka Storm. Once the team was trained and fielded on active missions, they took on the additional responsibility of teaching and helping new Mutants deal with their powers. On one horrible night, the X-Men were fielded to stop a particularly powerful Mutant and his 'gang'. The 'intelligence' received on this Mutant and his cohorts was sketchy and actually turned out to be a set-up to entrap the X-Men and take them captive. In the ensuing melee', 'things' happened and a number of the team were killed outright or severely injured. After making sure his remaining team-mates were going to be okay, Logan left. Xavier has not, to current time, explained his absence or even whether or not he survived.Current Time/Game Time: Almost seven years later, as Human/Mutant incidents are on the rise, Xavier once again sees a need for a Mutant 'police force'. He sees this new X-Men team as a force for good and a way to help peacefully integrate the rapidly emerging Mutant society with the established Human society. To this end, he has contacted Logan and asked him to 'come home' and train his 'new' team.
Logan has reluctantly agreed. Can shadows from their past be put aside for the good of the new X-Men? How will the surviving members of the original team react and what will they do as 'truths' are learned about that disastrous night?Note: We want the new X-Men to include younger versions of the old familiar characters such as Scott, Jean, Beast etc...as well as many of the OCC’s and other Canon characters that are available. Please ask the Staff BEFORE stating or establishing that your character was one of the old, now disbanded, original X-Men.
