how do you get the icons to move?

Hello and welcome.

Use an animated gif instead of a single frame gif.

i have tried

oh thanks alote,but i have tried that ,sometimes they will move and then again they dont.there as got to be something i could do,i have firefox,and it as always worked for them.

What program do you use to make your icons? Is your icon just static images looped or is an actual animated clip? Are you saving it as a gif? Could it be your image-hosting site? Could it be your graphics settings, perhaps your images are being altered due to that and need to be modified?
