I'm already tired about this. I mailed you several times and I already had a talk with lilly about using my jeansstyle-trousers without asking me and even not mentioning where she got it from. she submitted it as jeansqueen.zip
I thought we had solve this problem, 'coz she promised me to remove the skin or at least mentioning me in the readme.. she did none of that and I'm really disappointed therefor. You as skinners should know how much work it takes to make a skin, and especially this dolce&gabbana inspired trousers, which is my favourite skin, took me hours. I submitted it to tsr last september and wrote in the readme: Please don't copy my skin without asking me before..
I'm very disappointed, 'coz lilly didn't keep her promise. i don't want to run down lilly, but I want other people to know this. I hoped I wouldn't have to go this far and could solve this problem in private with lilly, but as she didn't keep her promise, I don't see any other possibility..
boutika has such good skins, but this behaviour is really unpolitely..

Well first of all I already told Sabinka to take that skin down and explained the whole thing to her she had surgery and I guess couldn't find time to replace the skin. I DID not steal your skin sorry if you are looking to burn me or bash me in this forum look elsewhere. I downloaded that skin YES! I edited that SKIN YES for my own game and the file got mixed up and I sent it to Sabinka, I told her what happend like I have TOLD you. I cannot help the Skin was not removed because I'm not the webmaster just the skin maker, I don't have the power to remove that skin. I do not appericate your rude emails with threats after I was very kind to you its very childish, I have explanied this to you all I can say is whenever Sabinka feels better to move it I'm sure she will. I personally download quite a few skins and edit them for MY own game. I have no reason to steal your skin and submit it to one of the biggest sim sites I might be alot of things but DUMB isn't one of them. Also please do not send me anymore threating emails over a mistake.. Thanks..

I didn't want to threat you or being harsh.. read my post more carfully, I didn't say you stole my skin and I didn't want to bash you in this forum, I just explained my situation. don't be so upset.
I already told you in the mail and now you misunderstood me once more: I don't care if you use my skin for your game or if you edit it, that's not the point. yes, you already told me that it was a mistake that you submitted the skin.. okay, no problem! BUT the only thing that provokes me is your readme. The words "please don't copy this skin or use it on your website" sounds a little bit ironic to me.. you can imagine why. you know, I'm an independent skinner and I haven't any website. I haven't such a large audience as you. so I'm not so foolish to think I can denigrate you and even more I don't want it.

Ok first I might have over reacted but I probally wouldn't have if you would have kept this private. Well I'm not going to be upset anymore because I have nothing to hide I already said what I did and I will say again I DO NOT HAVE THE POWER TO CHANGE YOUR SKIN! I clearly stated to you in an email saying Sabinka was having surgery and would probally do it by the weekend. Also what about Boutika's read me files? They go in every skin file that is created and given proper credit to the mesh maker/texture whatever, that makes you feel ironic? Well you are the one thats trying to start trouble it seems by posting here and not keeping things private but like I said everyone can read this YES LILLY MADE A MISTAKE I already said I was several times to you, I'm onlyI do make mistakes, also I do know how much work you can put into one skin because I'm skin maker myself not skin stealer.... Akari, please accept our sincerest apologies for not having yet removed your jeans skin from the web site. Sabinka, the site owner, is the only person who is authorized to remove files from our server. She's recovering from surgery at the moment and hasn't physically been able to make any changes to the site. She's hoping to be back "at work" here in the next few days, and I'm sure she'll make it her first priority to remove your skin.
I'm so sorry that we're unable to remove the skin right now!

Thanks Glenda I was hoping someone would step in and say it in a better way because this person has filled my mailbox over and over and I replied with just the same thing you just said maybe this will get the point across and no more trouble will be caused..

Hey everyone, I just wanted to let you know that I am not the one who made the previous post. Lilly was signed in under my name as QueerSims when she made it. We share the same computer. I don't know what your situation is nor do I care. Please don't email me with any of your arguments. Sorry this happened to you. I stay in my own little forum and my site and don't get into drama like this. Please send all your comments to Lilly. I'm not being mean, I just don't want to get into your skinning wars.

I apologize for not getting to this sooner... The site was hacked and I could not get into the server, then I had surgery, then when I tried to get in again yesterday, the server was again down. Looks like we need a new host. Lilly made an honest mistake, but informed me of it when I had already uploaded that section. She explained everything to you and to me. I was going to write a huge explanation when I updated the site. But as I said, one problem after another has kept me from doing so. I have asked our Webmaster to remove the file over this weekend, assuming we can get into the server. Again, I apologize. Boutika always tries to give credit where credit is due. We also create original work. Sometimes a mix up happens. I was hoping to resolve this in private. Again, I do apologize and we will be giving you full credit just as soon as things calm down. We have no reason to steal your work. We have great designers.
Any continuation of this conversation should be done via email. I am closing the topic, but not removing it.

Yay! Finally I got another email today... Sorry about this whole mess Sabinka... I know it was one more problem to add to your plate of other stuff...
