mail server issues
The mail server that sends out ezboard mail has malfunctioned and will need to be repaired by a technician at ezboard's colocation. Until this server is fixed, you will not receive such ezboard mails as:

validation for newly registered accounts
resend validation for newly-registered accounts
forgot-password
delete-account confirmation
e-mail-change confirmation

For help with any of the above, please open an Accounts ticket and we will help you validate your account, change your e-mail address, or whatever needs to be done, manually.

You do not need to be logged into your ezboard account to submit a ticket at the Helpdesk.

We anticipate that this server problem will be fixed later this afternoon, and we do apologize for any inconvenience this server outage causes you. Updates on this problem will be posted here when new information is available.

The mail server has been fixed.

If you tried resending a validation e-mail or forgot-password e-mail several times in the last few days, you may now receive several replies all at once. Please do NOT mark those multiple messages as spam in your e-mail account. The e-mail server is simply kicking out all the messages that backed up while the server was unable to send them.
