requesting restoral- blank page
So I'm trying to access old forums from an ezboard I used to moderate but I guess it got deleted along the way. I signed up for the Intro-Gold and I paid with paypal, then clicked the "return to ez-board" button. But now when I click "request restoral..." link it just takes me to a blank page.

I paid just to get access to this one forum's old posts and it won't work. This is very frustrating.

I'm so sorry. There was serious data loss of boards on p066 several months ago. At this late date, it's probable that there is nothing left to restore. If there isn't, we'll make sure your Gold purchase is refunded.

I'm going to suggest that you open a Payments ticket about this issue. Explain your reason for purchasing Gold, ask them to check on the status of that board, and ask them to refund your payment if the board cannot be restored. If you are at all interested in having the Gold payment transferred to another ezboard or Yuku community, or to an ezboard or Yuku account in the form of ezSupporter or Yuku Supporter, please mention that in your ticket.
