ok i'm off today so i'm in the process of some work on the server. i did a steam upate to it and now trying to get everything straightened back out lol while i've got it down i'm going to do some work with the mapcycle and see if i can find an interesting map or two to inject into the mix...

it is one of the best
(although one of these days i am going to actually shoot my computer screen with a real gun the next time one of those stupid bots of yours dies AND THEN EXPLODES AND TAKES ME WITH HIM!!!!!)

well it's all runnin now as you know drifter lol
all of the maps in the cycle are new so there may be a little download time for you when you play ... let me know if you run into any problems with the maps now running.
i noticed lastnight after i got it up that adreneline raucous has a couple of spots that have high r- speeds and really makes the FPS drop.. if the map causes probs for you too let me know and i'll bump it out of the rotation.. i have over 500 maps in the maps folder(maybe 600) so there's no shortage of maps to be slid into the rotation..i forgot i should have changed the list of maps to vote on too.. i'll do that at the first opportunity...

welp, the first map i got this morning was that adrenalineraucous
it started out real nice, then all of a sudden it turned into something where it was like the floor was slippery and i was bouncing off things
i started to actually get physically sick, nauseous
i thought it might stop, so kept playing for a while
it didn't stop
i got more and more nauseous
i had to quit the map
seriously, i can't play that map
probably just me, probably some neurological thing or something, but that map for me is a no-go

yeah some of these are during the LDR period, but i think some are before that also.
sometimes you get a map that will get corrupted or maybe slightly changed by someone like i've done with a few maps like the so_stone2 map , but i rename the map to signify it's been changed ...i always go in and rename the old map in maps directory to say like when i join to play rats it kicks me telling me my map differs.. i go and rename it from rats.bsp to rats.old or .bad sometimes.. then i rejoin the server and download it from there again..
problems with audion or just don't care for it ??

works for me, but that's probably because i didn't have a previous version
you can, if you like, junk, rename the one you have and dl this other one...
